TRAINING:

B. Power Clean x 1/Thruster x 1; rest 4 min x 5 - 90%
C. KBS - 21 unbroken - 2pd/1.5pd; rest 90 sec x 3

Training Outcome:
A. PC: 95-135-185-205-225-245-250(1-f)-245-250-255(1-f-1)-260
B. PC/Thruster: 225-225-235-235-245
C. KBS as Rx'd

Notes:
Took a bit to get my mind right for this one. I would hit a lift...miss a lift...get dialed in and nail it...then miss...it was a weird morning.
