In the end I am glad this WOD came up because I learned something today...I wasn't fast when I was 280#...and I'm still not fast at 200# either...

If my memory serves me right, I am pretty sure I ran a 15-16sec 100m back in college when I weighed 280#...weird...geared for power not for speed I guess...
