30 UNBROKEN Double Unders

Bench: x 5 (Worked on narrowwer grip and keeping elbows in rather than out.)

Omni Grip (no rest): 135# AMRAP (21 Close Grip, 3 wide grip)

Push-ups: 20 narrow (thumbs in armpit), 20 wide
