Clean & Jerk and GHD Sit-ups

3 Rounds for time of:
135 pound Clean and jerk, 10 reps
30 GHD situps
 
As Rx'd: 8:15
 
The C&J was more like a squat clean into a thruster. Just seemed more efficient and natural. Not sure if that is considered Rx'd or not. Will have to ask on the message boards to clarify.
