It was dark, -3 degrees, and the roads were covered with snow and ice…so I decided to run inside this morning. 1 length of the wt. room is about 21-22m so 20 lengths of the weightroom is a little over 400m. Wasn’t bad except there was a whole lotta turning around. Felt like about the time I would get up to speed I had to slow down, stop, and start all over.

Wasn't keeping my elbows high and the weight was pulling me over. Still need to practice this one.
