Warm-up: 
RPR, Mobility, and Movement Prep

Training:

The Chief
5 sets of AMRAP in 3min of:
3 PC, 135#
6 Push-ups
9 Body Squats
Rest 1min between rounds.

Rounds/set: 5-5-5-5-5

Notes: Nowhere near the engine of 10 years ago...that's for sure...
