(start @ 185#/135# and add 20#/side every 60 sec for a max effort)

AMRAP Muscle Ups - 1 attempt

TRAINING OUTCOME:
Part 1: DL on the Minute - 465#
Part 2:
HC Ladder: 55 reps
MU: 5 (3-3-3-3-3)
HSPU: 46

Total Reps: 106

Notes: I was about 2-3" from pulling 505#. Lost my hook grip on the right side. Tried to flip over but had lost my mojo by then. Back is strong enough...gotta work on the grip...
