Pull-ups were 36-4 (fell off the bar)
KB swings-subbed 55# DB broken 35-5-10 (grip was failing)
Sit-ups (unanchored, BrandX style) unbroken
Burpees...just kept moving...didn't really take a break, just kept a steady pace, but they were so slow I don't know if I can call them unbroken.
**I touched my forhead to the floor instead of my nose. I tried touching my nose in my warm-up and it felt awkward. I guess I need to start practicing that.
