Used a blocking bag for reference to make sure my hip joint dropped below my knee joint on squats.
Legs are toast…woke up this morning with a slight wimper due to the fact that my legs are still screaming from the last cycle and today is only day one…
Can’t wait to see what tomorrow’s WOD is gonna be…lots of foam rolling regardless…
