Split cleans were more of a split power clean. I caught the weight above parallel but in a split…make sense? So I don’t guess it is as Rx’d according to the video posted earlier in the thread. My knees never touched in a full lunge.
But it is a PR from 17:28 back in June.
Have a nice callous tear to show for it...awesome!
