Did some deep High Bar Back Squat afterwards x 5 reps

Form felt good and tight. Touched the low pad for depth and reference.
Ran...scratch that...jogged from the high school to the house…a little over 2 miles…approximately 20min. Then walked to the track for practice…about 1/2 mile.
Might do some foam rolling later tonight.
