Warm up sets of 5: 135-185-225-275-315
Working Sets (3x5): 365-395-420 (5# PR)
Rested and stretched for about 10-15min then…
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400m
40 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
as Rx’d: 5 rounds plus 120m.
Cash out: Went ahead and finished the 6th 400m and did the last round of 40 Wall Ball shots after time expired. Didn’t time, just got the reps and distance in.
