B. Front Squat - 60% x 5, 65% x 5, 70% x 3, 70% x 3, 65% x 5, 60% x 5
C. Good Mornings (light) - 3 x 8
D. Sit-ups - 60 total
E. Plate Pushes (Down and Back) x 4; 1min rest b/t sets
