Squats didn't go as planned. Not sure if it is all the extra sprinting or the pull-ups between, but I just felt tired and my low back was tired from Wed w/o.
Scaled the last EMOM to one rope climb instead of 2. All HSPUs UB except last one. Went 5+1+1+1.
