Notes:
I had to stop and put on some shorts after the 3rd rep of the PC on round one. I just had my compression shorts on and when the bar made contact at the jump point on my clean it felt as if the bar was sticking and coming to a halt and taking skin with it on the jump/pull. Lesson learned!
