Dragged some major tail today...35 seconds slower than last time (15:52)....
Pull-ups:
15-15-15-11-10-7-6-6-6-5-4...(5:49) 42 sec PR from last time.
Push-ups:
25-20-10-10-10-5-5-5-7-3...I think I lost he 42 seconds on the Push-ups. It took me 4 more sets than last time to complete 100.
Sit-ups:
100 unbroken
Squats:
100 unbroken
