45lb Overhead Walking Lunges and Burpees

Supposed to run a 5K today, but thought I better give my knee a break. It still hurts and doesn't feel right.

Instead I dug up an old WOD I did back in January.

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

As Rx'd: 9:39
