Had a kid get thrown into my right knee two days ago in practice. Tore my MCL and ruptured the joint capsule. Hoping and praying for a speedy recovery. Am going to try to do WODs as I am able with a lot of scaling. Definitely won't be setting any PRs for a while.
But I am thankful the injury isn't any more serious and that I still have good strength in my knee. Just need to make sure I don't lose any and my stability returns.
