Pull-ups again were my slowest. Finished pull-ups and started doing push-ups at the 6:31 mark.
Pull-ups: 20-20-10-6-6-6-6-5-6-6-5-4
Push-ups: 40-20-15-11-9-5
Sit-ups: 100 unbroken
Squats: 100 unbroken
Push-ups were better today. They did not bog me down as much. My shoulder is feeling a lot better!
