2009 CrossFit Games Final Event

For time:
155 pound Squat clean, 15 reps (8-4-3)
30 Toes to bar (15-10-5)
30 Box jump, 24 inch box (slow and steady
15 Muscle-ups (15 singles)
40 pound dumbbell Push press / push jerk, 30 reps (15-15)
30 Double-unders (Strung about 10-12 together at first and then it was hit and miss)
135 pound Thruster, 15 reps (7-5-3)
30 Pull-ups (10-10-10)
30 Burpees (10-11-9)
300’ Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead (3 trips down and back in the weight room)

I was hoping to get under 25, but I just could not pull the trigger this morning. I knew when I had to break up the squat cleans that it was going to be a rough morning. I thought for sure I would be able to do them unbroken.
