CFWU x 3 (omitted Pull-ups and subbed GHD sit-ups for regular sit-ups)

Five rounds for time of:
155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

Time: 11:47

Did first round without dropping the bar. Did second round through about 5 HPC before dropping the bar. After that I did all DL's unbroken then did HPC 5-6 and 3-4. All PJ's were unbroken.

Great workout! Blowing hard at the end.
