Not too happy with my squat today. I did not use a belt this time until my last set.
Felt really strong through my fourth set, then I lost my mojo for the last one.

Put a belt on for last set, and got one rep, I bet I stalled for about 5 seconds in the middle of the rep. Decided to rack it, probably should have went for another. Had a weak mental moment.
