I was scheduled to do JT today, but I strained my pec a little over a week ago. I thought it would be okay to do it and I got through the first set of 21 HSPUs unbroken and on rep 3 of the Ring Dips I felt it pull a little. I decided to err on the side of caution and did the above workout instead. My only fear is that tomorrow's MP WOD will be a ton of lunges or pull-ups...oh well...I just want my freakin pec to heal up...
