OPT: Week Eight, Day One

Ended up about where I thought I would on the HPS.

Goofed up my DL loads. Meant to jump to 465 for the second set not 455. The jump was too big between the 455 and 490. I let the weight pull me out over the bar too much rather than sitting back. I pulled it once and then left it on the platform. My form was off so I decided to cut my losses. The heaviest I have gone in the past 2 months is 500# and 490 is only 10# off of that and it was pulled from a deficit today.

HSPUs told the tale on this WOD. I was hoping to be somewhere between 3-4 min on this, but muscle failure became the deciding factor...not today...not today...
