Notes:
My chewed up thumb made for a rough morning. I couldn't muster enough grit to pull through the pain in my thumb while using my hook grip. That being said, the snatch work today was a little lack-luster. Front squat went well...although I couldn't do simple math this morning and ended up starting and finishing higher than I intended...
