Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Pull-ups: 13 + 14 +13 + 11 + 9 + 7 + 7 + 8 = 82 (+9)
Push-ups: 24 + 20 + 13 + 12 + 9 + 9 + 10 + 9 = 106 (-13)
Sit-ups: 13 +13 + 12 + 13 + 12 + 12 + 12 + 12 = 99 (+1)
Squats: 16 + 16 + 15 + 15 + 16 + 16 + 16 + 17 = 127 (-24)*
Rep Total: 414
PR'd on pull-ups and was one off from my best on Sit-ups. Squats and Push-ups decreased significantly.
*I can say that all my squats are legit. I made sure to drop below parallel and open my hips at the top. In the past I had been short stroking it for speed. The increased ROM definitely decreased my rep total.
Not sure what is up with my push-ups. I'm a little frustrated with that.
