*Had to readjust the GHD machine after my first round. The footholds were too low. Wasted about 5-10 seconds doing that. The knob on one of the footholds was missing and I was trying to hurry and change it and the little screw I was trying to pull kept slipping out of my hand.
Still PR'd by 34 seconds. Previous time back in July was 11:20.
