Push-Pull-and-Lunge

CFWU x 1 (minus Pull-ups)

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:

5 Handstand Push-ups
10 L Pull-ups (subbed kipping pull-ups and 10 KTEs for the first 6 rounds then just PUs for the last 3).
15 Steps, Walking Lunge

Finished 9 rounds + 5 HSPU + 10 PUs + 3 Lunges.
