Barbara

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

This time I did it as Rx'd. Last time I did it with a continuously running clock and did not time each set.

My Set Times:
1. 3:25 2. 3:25 3. 4:30 4. 5:10 5. 6:20

Total time: 35:25

I now have an inflamed red sore on my tailbone from all the sit-ups...nice...
