For time:
150 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
No Wallball...had to sub Thrusters.
150 Thrusters w/ 20lb DB in each hand.
Time: 9:35
Did first 55 unbroken. Did 5 more to make it to 60 then broke the rest up into sets of 15.
This was a tough workout. Still don't feel like my legs and shoulders are functioning correctly...
