Did some form running exercises to warm up.
Did this WOD around the neighborhood. I clocked out a half mile loop in my truck. Probably not exact, but here are my times.
1. 3:36.98
2. 3:28.13
3. 3:31.01
4. 3:24.44
Rested approximately 3-5 min until round 4. I think I rested about 5-7 min. I was dreading this WOD. Until now I had never ran an 800 for time. I felt pretty good. Felt like my lungs were in better 800 shape than my legs.
