Cross Fit Warm-up x 3
Skipped last set of Back Ext and Abs.
Five rounds for time of:
2 pood Kettlebell swings, 25 reps
25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Back Extensions
25 Knees to Elbows
Didn't have a kettle bell. Had to use a 70lb dumbell. Did as Rx'd for first round. Had to drop to 50lb dumbell. Weight and reps weren't the problem. Grip failure was a thorn. Afraid I was going to lose the weight somewhere throughout the movement and injure myself or some innocent by-stander.
KTEs were brutal on my grip as well. After first set I had to break them up into 10, 10, 5 or by the end...10, 5, 5, 5.
