Training Outcome/Notes:
As Rx'd...almost. Had a brain fart on the first round of CTB Chins. I dropped after 5, realized what I did and jumped back up for the 6th one.
TT: 13:20
Lungs were burning, hacking from the beginning. Glad to have made it through though. Might try this again when my lungs are better.
