Body Circuit:

20 squats

20 knees to elbows
rest 20 sec
Training Outcome:
A. 135x3-185x3-205x2-225x2-240-255(f)-245-255(f)-255(HPC)-265(HPC)-275(HPC)-285(f-bar flew out of my hand)

Notes: Today felt like a BUST. A major FAIL. I was about 35# under my PR on PC's (275#) and about 35# under my most recent HPC (310#). Freakin pathetic...I had a hard time shooting my elbows through. I guess I need to spend some more time working on this. It has been a while since we have any sort of load on the BB for PC.
