I really had a hard time getting into a rhythm today. I wanted to do the Flight Simulator, but got to the round of 15 and was having a hard time so I bailed and went to the second part of Friday's WOD. Not sure what the deal was. It was like I couldn't coordinate my jumps and spinning the rope today.
