B. 95-115-135-150-150-160 (Did some squat snatch singles on the minute afterwards: 175-175-180-180-185)
C1. 20, 10-10, 10-10
C2. 23-19-16 (last time we did these I did 25-21-15 for the first three sets.)
Front Squat was a joke today. Couldn't get my mind into it and had a hard time keeping my elbows up. Just couldn't get motivated. Wasn't my day today.
The Hang Squat Snatch wasn't too bad once I got warm. Driving under the bar and focusing on the catch is something I have needed to work on. The single at 185 felt pretty easy. Wish I would have had time to keep going.
CTB Chins and HSPUs were ok. I thought I would be able to do more HSPUs than I did today. Ben pointed out that we were to work on speed and not fatigue on the Chins. I changed to 10-10 after the first round.
