Warm-up:
Samson Stretch x 1 each side
5 Double Unders in a row.

Cindy as Rx'd
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Body Squats

24 rounds + 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups

Last time was 22 rounds in 20 minutes.
