800m Sprints

Warm-up: Form Running Drills

Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

1. 3:35.00

2. 3:23.03

3. 3:32:03

4. 3:24.38


This time I did it on a track so I know the distance was legit. PR'd on second round by a few seconds but the other rounds were almost identical to last time.
