Lunges, Box Jumps, and Weighted Pull-ups

Buy-in:
50 push-ups and Double Under Practice.


Four rounds for time of:
100 ft Walking lunge, carrying 30 pound dumbbells
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
30 pound Weighted pull-ups, 20 reps

Had to scale the weighted Pull-ups: 25lb plate using belt and chain (approximately 27-28lbs total).
Did Rx’d reps on Pull-ups on first round and then scaled to 15 reps on last three rounds.

Total Time: 22:55

Cash-out:
50 Push-ups
Ab wheel x 20
Finished the 15 weighted Pull-ups I missed to make up for scaling during the WOD.
