Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

20 min:
5 rounds
85 PU’s (20, 20, 15, 15, 15)

I was halfway into my 6th 400m when the alarm went off. Went ahead and finished and did an extra 15 pu’s

Total time 21:39

First time doing this. Hoping to get 100 PU’s and 6 rounds in under 20 next time.
